Actually, since the air we breathe is majorly nitrogen based (with some
oxygen and other elements tossed in for good measure), and liquid
nitrogen existing well below normal temperatures... yeah, I got a good
idea what that'll do...

Dent, yes. Big enough to stop it, no. Big enough to reduce some
cities on the edge from receiving damage, maybe, depends upon varying
factors, including the hurricane "wobble"
