This is exactly what Katrina wanted

Hurricanes don't care about anything. They will destroy whatever is in their
path. They don't care if you're white, black, brown or purple. They're
monsters who prey on fear. We cannot let the hurricanes win. We have to
rebuild and carry on.

If you suspect that a hurricane is living in your neighborhood, please
contact the authorities. Do not attempt to approach the hurricane and take
matters into your hands.

Remember, not every gust of wind is a hurricane. Some gusts of wind are
created here in the United States. They are no different than you and I.
Please do not attack wind gusts for being windy. Again, not all wind is a
hurricane.
