I appreciate the thoughts and you must be part psychic (just a phrase
of a sense, I do not believe in people that actually call themselves
psychics) :-)

Believe it or not you are very close but they were clogged due to lack
of activity not because of what I ate. I eat a lot of fish, chicken,
tuna and stuff weekly. I also eat a lot of foods to counteract
anything that may be detrimental (I love oatmeal). It was instead
because of not eating regularly (1 good meal a day instead of 3) and
the lack of activity for the past several months (between jobs) and
the old back pain. I can still reach the keyboard with great ease
though ;-)

Even through jokes, Yes, you guessed it, the Heart Attack has hit "The
Wall" and it tumbled very abruptly and I was on the way upstairs but
they were able to put it back together (this time) with 4 shints. I am
definitely waiting for the concrete to cure before the wall starts
moving again. My Plans are to become stronger and more resilient than
ever and I will. I will be eating more. I actually came out of the
hospital a pound heavier. They stuffed me. I am on two-to-three
weeks bed rest and then I start the Bicycle and skating regime back to
wellness.

Hey, I have to go talk to the Doc. Tony has color coded pills and
mine are all white, that is messed up. :-(
Maybe because I am not yet 50 and he is past 60. LOL.

**It is definitely an eye opener or wake up call and I have a strong
recommendation for everyone:

If you think you are not vulnerable, think again. Inactivity
is also a way to the big one as all my test results came back well
within acceptable limits at a complete physical less than a month and
a half ago.
