While all those multitude of accidents COULD have been prevented by
responsible adults, the simple reality of the matter is that we can't rely
on adults to be responsible in this day and age, because, simply put, people
are RETARDS.

You seem to think the world will be fine and dandy if we rely on adults to
be adult about things, when the awful, horrific and simple truth of the
matter is that people cannot be relied upon to be intelligent and
responsible.  If you want to rely on people to be smart, I would hasten to
say you have FAR more faith in humanity than you really should, and
therefore, I feel compelled to put you in the very same category of retards
as the rest of these chum-swirling apes.

It stuns me that the average joe has so much faith in humanity when the
obviousness of the truth is so apparant, that having faith in humanity to do
the right thing will inevitably lead to disappointment in those very people
when they abjectly fail to do what is expected of them.
