They had (at least) a speed skater in SLC.



Well, the interesting thing is that a lot of warmer countries had
participants, many of whom live countries like the U.S. where there's
some cold weather. They have an ancestor from that country or joint
citizenship, so they make a few phone calls and compete for Panama or
wherever. But I guess there just aren't any people from Mexico living in
the U.S.
