It varies with every organization. I got a lot of swag from SLOC. My most prized possessions are my uniform, which I still use to ski in (and ONLY that), and the keepsake DVD.
I also picked up a ton of stuff in the post-games fire sales. I've got a couple big venue banners, and gate covers from the downhill and GS courses, among other things. It's all stuffed in a closet now.
