not only in civil case but could bin filed in criminal curt. Never the less NON have fallowed with their action
compared what came out of their mouth.

I also believe that by now Kerry wishes he did not proceed with his action.
Damage sustained not only by 11 people who ware and some still are involved in law suit is small
compared to damage done to many after market companies engine builders, magazine publishers, and small business
which use to promote PWC sport on this NG.

The facts speak loud and clear. All one has to is to go back to time before law suit and compare it with today's
activity. This says it all.

If and when it comes to trail I will provide physical evidence
and let unbiased people decide who is right.
I pray that I lest that long to witness final result
This morning I had my check up in hospital

Ben,thank you for shedding some light on the situation without all the
drama.I don't really know what to say at this point.it sounds like
both sides are dug in for a fight.

If indeed Kerry was at fault then In my opinion he should step up and
pay for the damage caused by bad mill work.( and drop the suit).I have
met him several times at the world finals and at some other races.He
seems like a super nice guy.

I  still believe that his newer ski's should be given credit.I also
totally understand why you and others don't want to hear about anything
he accomplishes.

At this point all anyone can do is wait for this to go to trial and let
the evidence decide the outcome.i hope that a fair resolution is the
end result.

think of all the fast ski's that could have been built with the money
wasted on lawyers in this case.neither side will probably be happy with
the outcome.one thing i am sure of though is that the lawers on both
sides will sleep well with thier bellies full.scott
