2003 Polaris Virage missing problem?...Plz help

Hello all,
I have a 2003 Virage 700 with like 30 hours on it...
Just bought it from the dealer...was ridden very gently by older
people...
My problem -
I rode it for about 2 hours one day, it ran great all day until it
starting running really badly above 4000 RPM - Missing, Dying,
sputtering.
I was acting like it was running out of GAS...It will run up to max rpm
from dead start, but then die back out.
What I did to attempt to fix -
1. Filled it up with Premium Gas...It had like 1/2 tank.
2. Changed Plugs to new.
3. check oil...It was full
4. Made sure gas was on.
5. Took it back to dealer...They said the plugs were fouled but could
find no other problem.
I seem to think that it may be an electrical problem...Like maybe the
powerpacks...The dealer said they could not get it to do the problem I
reffered to...I asked them to go out and ride it for a coupla hours to
see if it is a heat issue or something...Like it fails only after it
has been running for a while.
Any ideas?????
4th of July weekend is coming up and I want to make sure its ready to
go.
Any help would be much appreciated.
