Almost certain 2013 Recession with Obama

The Congressional Budget Office said that the threat of tax increases in January 2013 is currently stopping businesses from expanding and hiring. If the increases go into effect, the extracted money from the economy will cause another recession, at least 1% negative growth. This will mean further unemployment and further depression of housing prices.
Romney would cancel the tax increases, Obama wants them and more.
