Interesting. He's about to become the 2nd All-Time TD receiver. Is
this some sort of Pitts Logic?
Don't try your racist BS on me. I deliberately said TO and Shockey are a waste of
atmosphere, but you are so racist you missed it.
Shockey IS a waste of atmosphere.
But how can say that about one of the greatest WRs of all-time?
So he is a good reciever. let's say he's the best there ever was, best
there is ansd best there ever will be. So what. He plays a game and
catches a ball. that going to bring world peace, feed the hungry,
solve our economic problems? How about giving the many thousands of
dollars that were spent developing his ball catching ability to people
who have the desire and the ability to really function in the world,
like economically disadvantaged kids from say Senegal, and send them
to say Oxford or something like that.....or we can train TO to catch a
ball. Maybe I'm the only one, but I am as certain as I am of anything
that there are brilliant people in areas of the world like Senegal who
will never get the chance to be anything but poor farm laboroers..if
they're lucky...and we could choose to help them...but we spend
billions on programs designed to support people like TO at our
academic institutions.
The world is the way it is, and most football players know it. We see
guys here all the time who come in and speak to the kids about this
sort of thing. Guys like TO are a waste of atmosphere, IMHO, and it
doesn't matter how good they are at catching the ball.
