Snow is an example of a person who should have had a colonoscopy
before the age of 50. I assume he was symptom free, so that's 20/20
hindsight.
Tony Snow had his colon removed (cancer) at age 49 (2005) and had been suffering from ulcerative colitis for years prior to that. Ulcerative colitis is a well-known colon cancer risk. He died of cancer of the liver.
I do believe that in the game of genetics routlette, he came out with the short stick.
