USGA procedures for the 18 hole playoff?

It will be a big deal tomorrow to see how the course is set up - do they
use the back tees for 13 and 18? Do they play 14 up again? Where will the
pins be placed? It seems like these decisions could have a significant
impact on how tomorrow's golf plays out, and it would be hard for someone to
make these decisions without realizing the advantage it might give to one
player or the other.
Would these decisions have already have been made a week ago and sealed in
an envelope somewhere? Or are they going to make the decisions now, fully
realizing the games of the two men in the playoff?
So far, nothing I can find on the USGA web site about ticket procedures for
Monday. At $4.50 a gallon, maybe I don't drive a hundred miles to watch two
guys, history or not.
