It wasn't bad out there in Batavia today.

You live in Batavia!?!?!?!

Have we played golf together before? I don't recognize your
name/handle. The only person I can remember with the initials MG is
Mark Georg and he lives in Pittsburgh.

I'm more of a lurker. Got out to Elk's Run yesterday, behind 5 or 6
groups
of the "really slow and bad and playing from the wrong tees" club, so we
played the front twice. I actually live up in Warren County. I have
never
been able to make your RSG because I tend to work weekends, which can be
a
pain, but weekday golf is a nice benefit. So no, we've never played,
but
one of these days something that works will pop up and I might delurk a
bit
more.

That would be a lot a fun! I live in Anderson and work downtown. I
also have every Friday afternoon off so if you ever want to play or
have a spot open let me know.

There are a whole bunch of guys in town on GolfClubAtlas.com and
4gea.com as well.

Possibly global warming will help sometime soon. That "warm" spell was
short-lived.

I'm playing tomorrow at O'Bannon...... We'll see how it goes.

at least it looks like it will be sunny. I think yesterday topped out about
50. O'Bannon is pretty near to me, but I never even heard of it until I saw
the ad in the paper today. Goodluck.

It is really a great course and club. It is strictly a golf club --
no tennis courts, no swimming pools, just golf. My dad has been a
member there for about 5 years and loves it. I have to admit the
first couple of times I played the course I wasn't all that impressed
but I love the place now. Completely walkable, lots of variety in the
holes, you don't just pull out the driver on every tee, a great
course, IMO.
