I do not recall the how or why. I do know that I have procrastinated a
number of things in my life, when it would have been easier to just
take care of business. I should never have made the bet, given that he
was in Dallas and I was in FW. The whole episode was my fault.

I apologize for any inconvenience this caused you and I regret that it
soured whatever association we had.

Just because you don't trust me (with reason) that does not mean that I
cannot be trusted.
