You can't tell who is best without playing the same course at the same

Well, if you can't "tell who is best" by comparing correctly posted
scores on USGA approved courses, then the entire USGA handicap system
is worthless, a joke. And it is not.

What we do know is that you will exaggerate your accomplishments, make
challenges, and then back down when they are accepted.
