My only one is to get into better golfing condition. One of my
Christmas gifts was a Mark Verstegen DVD for golfers
(www.athletesperformance.com) and I've started the program. Hopefully
I'll have a better chance of sticking with this than I have with
excersice programs in the past. I have the equipment to do everything
at home so it doesn't require getting to the gym. Plus my superbly
fit spouse is pushing me to stick with it.

my spouse is also superbly fit :) And, has a full exercise room here at the house. I just can't make myself do cardio or workout here. I've got to go to the gym and have been doing so 3 days a week since Feb '04. Fortunately it's just a 10min drive downtown. I'm going to have to up my visits though as my Cab intake overtakes my calorie burn :)
