There's a pretty sizeable percentage of people online who are not using IE
on a PC. Anyone who designs a website that requires that particular
combination is either lazy or incompetent. Probably designed with a
click-here-to-get-this type interface, and the designer simply accepted
what the (undoubtedly) Microsoft program spit out for him (which naturally
required an all Microsoft setup). Lazy or incompetent.
