Would this be "dishonest" as in Randy Cunningham, or has Karl Rove spun
a new definition of "dishonest" that automatically excludes any GoP

Nonsense, simple nonsense. Of course, if you change the House rules to
get at one Speaker, and then find those same rules indicting you, and
try to change them back again, then there will be no transgressions.
It's called abuse of power.

Excuse me, I think I am going to have a good cry about poor Dubya.
Perhaps if he had been in any way prepared or fit for the office, this
wouldn't be the case. Oh, well.
