Stadler was disqualified for carrying (not using) a non-conforming
club.
Don't know about Austin ,,,, maybe they disqualified him for being a
jerkass.

Ironically, we had a similar discussion at RSG-OHIO when I asked what
the ruling would be if I carried The Clanger as one of my 14 clubs, but
never used it.
Since I left it in my car for the tournament round, does that mean my
car is disqualified?
And what if I was driving my mom's car? Man, these USGA rules can get
tricky!
