What nonsense. If it was true, every single person in the urban areas
would be criminals, and every single person in Beverly Hills would be
saints. However, we know that Beverly Hills residents commit murder,
and urban poor work themselves out of such situation into success. All
due to personal responsibility and choices that they make.

The only reason someone would argue what you do is to shift blame away
from those who really deserve it.
