Re: Beginner irons - what would you choose?

Thanks - I am taking lessons. They start in a few weeks, given by a golf
pro at a local school. But I need to bring clubs (initially a 7-iron, I'm
not sure what after that). So I'm looking for a relatively inexpensive set
to fool around with, then if I stick with it, go the fitted route.
Especially since I am 5'6" I'm sure standard clubs are not ideal.
