What is posted below is a situation were carts are not allowed at all to competitors or caddies. The contention that a person cannot go past their ball in the cart to find the line of play is stupid. Maybe the committee is made up of idiots and made this rule for the tourney - anything is possible. Maybe you'd like a more PC sentence, would that appease you? 'Most likely this friend is ignorant of the real rule or making a rule up - if that is the case he is breaching the rules and should get a penalty'. Happy now?
