This leaves me 2WR, and two flex (1 WR/TE, one WR/RB), and I am having a
hard time deciding who to stick where.

IMO, it's not too hard. You've got to get Gates in the lineup, so he's
your WR/TE. Never leave a starting RB on the bench if you're able to
play him. That makes Dillon your WR/RB (with Maroney possibly moving
into this role, depending on how the year plays out).
At WR, Joe Horn is NOT the man. He's old, he's the only receiving
option now (read: double teams!), and he's already busted up (bruised
back, I believe). That said, I don't think you sit Burress with how
much the Giants are gonna throw the ball this year. As someone else
said, GB has looked pathetic so far. BUT, Driver has looked very good,
and Favre has still found a way to get him the ball (much like last
year). Driver over Horny Joe, all day, every day, all season long,
until Horn does something to prove otherwise.
