53 days it took for them to clear this up?  Are you kidding me?

Dude if you're poor and in Jail with no phone... what can you do?

This isn't about what *she* could do. This is about what the system
*did* without thoroughly checking it out and making sure of who they
were booking for what. 2 seconds of checking the facts of the case
would have been enough to determine she wasn't the right woman.
