I've ALWAYS had trouble with Brian/Bryan, so that is on me. One of the
guys in my Division, who was a roommate in the barracks for a time, last
name of Duff, was one or the other. I could never remember which and
still can't. It'd be helpful if you'd go by your real name then I'd
*see* it more often - that would help me remember. Alternatively, I can
default to simply Slick - on the one hand, that seems a bit unfriendly,
but on the other, simply using the last name IS *a* default mode of
address between servicemen (or vets).
