Get real, David. The vast majority of the country was disgusted
by Beck's remarks about Obama and white people, so it's hardly a small
special interest group.
You get real. There's not the slightest chance in Hell that a 'vast
majority of the country' knows who the Hell Glenn Beck is, let alone
what he said, let alone well enough to be disgusted by his remarks.
If they didn't know of Beck before the remarks, they did after,
because it was all over the news. I will concede your implied point,
however, that many people are too dim to ever even watch the news, so
wrapped up are they in watching old sitcom reruns instead.
