You don't strike me as a quitter, Hugh. I apologize if my

we want from schools -- to teach children how to think and
analyze, not to spout unchallenged beliefs.

I'm not a quitter. I simply recognized your limitations in discussing
the matter. I have better things to do than have circular discussions
with you ad nauseum. Your beliefs are not my concern. And I expect my
beliefs have made me as satisfied and happy, and probably more so, as
anyone else on RSFC.

It's not necessary for me to know if you agree or disagree.

Hugh

It's entirely my fault. I should have realized early on that
like most ID people you really aren't interested in intellectual
debate. My bad.

There is no debate unless opinions are different and both care about
what the other thinks.

I believe in a Creator who designed. I believe that allows for
evolution and random. The latter two can't exist without being
created.

You keep wanting it to tie to religion. Religion has no part in the
position I have taken here. I don't care if it was God, Allah or
Gitchymanitou - if there was a big bang someone caused it. If you
believe in spontaneous combustion where nothing existed or was
created, be my guest
Hugh

If there was a big bang then someone caused it? Ok, but
who caused the "someone"?

When you make that unnecessary leap to the "someone," you
are talking religion -- not logic, not reason, not
"Intelligent Design."

BTW, it's a poor loser who tries to end an argument by saying
that he really didn't care anyway.
