Wrong. Slick is treating Sullivan as if Sullivan was flying the flag as
a distress signal. He is not. Sullivan has said all the right things
[1]. Slick is badgering him instead of railing on the actual offender
(Hendryx).

Sullivan is just as bad for defending Hendryx's actions as
legitimate under the flag code, when clearly Hendryx's actions
(assuming he even did fly the flag upside down in the first place,
which I doubt, he's probably just trying to be funny) are in violation
of the flag code.

Yes, GENUINE distress, not whining that your candidate lost the
election, or making a sarcastic political comment such as, "My
