......as I mentioned in the other thread there is a difference between
presenting one's opinion and making a statement and saying that
statement is fact.

If someone says "Barack Obama is a communist" I believe that person is
presenting an opinion.
If someone says "Barack Obama is a communist, and I have his
membership application to prove it and I made a movie explaining it
all" that is an entirely different issue. If the movie maker in fact
uses fake documents

PLEASE....no freekin WMD debate.
