Are people in S. LA so stoopid that they don't know that eating junk
food makes them fat? Or, more likely, is the city council so stoopid
that they feel they should regulate what the people eat?

Even if the morans in the city council are ignorant of the anti-
freedom POV of this BS, they should at the very least realize that
this act will have ZERO effect on the average weight of a LA
citizen.
