Play with this and tell me in what *reasonable* scenario Clinton
passes Obama, please.
None that I know of - just as I can't find a reasonable scenario where
Obama gets the nomination based on pledged delegates.
"But Superdelegates shouldn't be able to change the result against how
the people voted!"
Er, that's pretty much the sole reason they exist, isn't it?
(I still think Clinton will find a way to (choose one or more of:
strongarm, bribe, charm, threaten) enough of the pre-selected
credentials committee members that the Michigan and Florida delegates
as they stand now will be seated - and she'll find a way to pack the
"uncommitted" Michigan delegates (remember, Obama has zero pledged
Michigan delegates, and never mind how many of the people who voted
for "uncommitted" were "really voting for Obama") to give her just
enough "pledged" delegates to make a superdelegate-based win
"legitimate".)
