Now, more importantly than these "quality wins" we have to look at
missed opportunities for LSU.  Who did they lose to?  Did LSU lose in
the lights of the SEC championship?  No.  Did they lose to their arch
rival in a rivalry game?  No.  LSU lost to Kentucky and AT HOME to
Arkansas.  Kentucky and Arkansas are middle of the road teams in
ranking and in record.

they are both ranked in the "also recieving" section of the ap....I
think one of them is #27 and one is #29 or something.

The sad thing is that they are about the 7th or 8th or whatever best
team LSU has played this year.......and yet they would be the THIRD
best team on kansas' schedule....thats embaressing.  If you're going
to bash teams like kentucky, you have to bash everyone on kansas'
schedule except for missouri.

You're leaving out one little detail when comparing the likes of
Kentucky and Arkansas to "everyone on kansas' schedule except for
missouri."  Kansas actually beat everyone on their schedule except for
Missouri.  You're right that either of the teams that beat LSU would
have been the third best team on Kansas' schedule.  Kansas beat
everyone on their schedule from the second-best team down.  There's no
reason to think they wouldn't also have beaten Arkansas and Kentucky,
given the opportunity.

maybe(my guess is its most likely they split those two games), but
there is also no reason to think that they would beat Auburn,
Tennessee, Florida, or tOSU.  I'd guess they would be doing pretty
good if they go 2-2 against them.

Getting back to games that were actually played, Kansas' only loss was
to #4, and they beat #9.  For you to say that they would be a .500
team against a bunch of lower-ranked teams than that, is to ignore
reality

they were 1-1 against the only two ranked opponents they played.
tOSU is higher ranked than Kansas. Kansas would be underdogs in that
game and the lines of the other three games would be pretty small
either way. 2-2 would be my best guess.
