Peach explained on 1/3/2008 :
...or something like that. I was just thinking about it last night. Is
there really anything exciting and new under the sun? I almost feel
like...because technology is changing so quickly, and it's nearly
impossible to keep up, I'm almost numb/bored with it. It started with
cell phones. At first, it was exciting upgrading and getting the
latest gadget--then I realize, there are really only so many features
I use on my phone, so it was pointless. Now I find nothing about
technology excites me anymore...and the danger of being a techno-
junkie has all but passed.
Does anyone else know what I'm talking about? I feel like the "techno
geeks" would have to come out with a really impressive piece of
equipment (of any sort) to give me that "desire to buy" anymore. Maybe
I'm just getting old and not sucked in by flash anymore.

I'm thinking about getting a cell phone. I haven't had one in about 5 years. You can send me your old one as long as it isn't hawt pink or purple. Leave all your girlfriends numbers on there too. I'll need something to do on ... I was going to say Valentine's day, but let's face it, that's even a bit optimistic for me.
