Did you see last year's Fiesta Bowl between Oklahoma and Boise State?

He prolly didn't since he's a member of east coast pico commi biased
press.

Huntsville, Bammer is a hotbed of the east coast media elite?

It's east of Dallas, is pico commi!

Let me catch up... I confess I missed last year's Fiesta Bowl. Did
they use the Statue of Liberty Play? Which team? Bless 'em for it!
I haven't met Mr. Norris and honestly never watched one of his movies
all the way through. That's probably more a reflection on me than his
films. As for being a pico commi, I am my father's son. Dad was the
only Republican in McDowell County (who confessed to it, at least). I
still recall seeing the blackboard at school where the Democrats kept
changing the vote tally to make sure their man stayed ahead. I've
never had much respect for the party since. However, JFK was my guy.
But, then, so was Nixon. I liked them both for different reasons,
Kennedy for his optimism and courage, Nixon for his intellect and
endearing neediness. Both of these flawed men were assassinated. You
have to read my "The Ambassador's Son" to understand them as young men
which predicted their fates. Except for Reagan, I don't believe we've
had a good President since Nixon. As a Vietnam veteran, I just shake
my head over what LBJ did and hope that his purgatory is an endless
tour in-country. Of the present field of candidates, I detest one (I
won't name her name) and the others need work, lots and lots of work.
I don't see a spark of greatness in any of them. Our present system
of choosing a President is seriously flawed and if we continue with
it, we will forever get little men and women who so crave attention
they will say and do anything to get elected. The worst of that bunch
is the husband of the candidate I won't name. I've met him. I was
not impressed. But, as Dennis Miller says, I could be wrong. Also,
it is early in the morning before my optimistic engine gets a-
chugging.
