Umm... humans are animals. You can argue we're the most important
animal, but you can't argue we're "more" important than animals.

Why argue when it is self evident that I am more important
than the mosquito I squash on my arm.

Importance (like everything else) is relative - you're more important
to YOU... whether you're more important to anyone else, or society
at large, is debatable.

If you don't agree that it is self-evident that I am more important
than the mosquito I squash on my arm, I'd consider you a potential
psychopath. That's fucked up far worse than Michael Vick.

I don't consider ANYTHING self-evident. I need evidence. I'm not a
big believer in "belief"... and I certainly know some humans who
are less important and worthwhile than the average mosquito.
