Fair enough. Basically you're hoping he'll skate on a technicality.

Pretty clear he's abusing the common sense notion of disclosure
though. No question he's a candidate - the long-term lease on
the campaign headquarters is a pretty big tipoff. But he's refusing
to abide by the laws pertaining to a candidate.

Have fun rooting for four motre years of "what the meaning of is is"
moral and legal relativism.


Until someone actually states they are a candidate, no matter what other motions they do in preparation for announcing, they are still not a candidate and aren't bound by the rules of a candidate.
