1) We don't know that they don't recieve federal assistance in
some ways. When they went to the grocery store, the woman
swiped what looked(to me) more like an EBT card than a credit
card. But I cant confirm or deny that they don't. Someone
posted a link to a blog that said they were "self-sufficient",
but this clearly wasn't the case. Whether the assistance comes
exclusively from the community or is a mix of state/federal
dollars and private community donations I don't know for sure.

I've challenged you once to provide evidence of public $'s. Are you
having difficulty? Seems to me all you want to do is whine because
they aren't grateful enough.
