His basic argument might be right, but his corrolations are idiotic.
Four points difference on average on an IQ test would not account for
the difference between men and women in executive suites. IQ is hardly
the best predictor of organizational success -- at least, not in the
sense of the higher the better.

That sort of thing is discussed in the MENSA workbook. To some degree
it downplays the recognition of superior intellect and doesn't
consider it essential to success.

I had one kid in high school math classes who failed every class - not
just math. He had two talents - he knew how to make money and he had
the best high school curve ball I ever saw.
