He DID NOT say that. Scalia really said that there is no biological
justification for youngsters who smoke bad marijuana, and drive with
their cuticles dialated. And so they should be put to death forthwith,
with live coverage on C-SPAN. And a Best-Of DVD is in the works already,
in Dolby 5.1 surround sound. So ordered.
