in rsfc culture, practically every word is someone's schtick. It would
make a lot more sense if former rsfc'ers would have actually tried to
copyright unique things so that people wouldn't use words and phrases
all the time without even having a clue someone in rsfc had one time
made it their schtick, but whatever.

They were unique at the time my friend. That's the point.

maybe in this newsgroup. Outside this newsgroup most of them
weren't......so when someone like Pauli uses a phrase or word he hears
everyday at work or school or whatever and uses it here, he was doing
so without ever knowing who harper was or what phrase he came up with.
If Harper had come up with a truly original phrase, Pauli probably
either wouldn't have known to use it in this forum or he would have
picked it up from this forum and recognized that he did.....as it is
now he just uses a common phrase he hears everyday and whose origin for
him wasn't from this forum, so that's where the confusion rightfully
comes in.........


Nope. Once you *enter* rsfc you are legally bound to post by its
rules. And one of those rules is schtick ownership.

This kind of *** would have never happend with the Czar around. You
should be glad your still alive frankly.
