Well Charles, generally speaking, if it is obvious to you then we can
be sure that it's obvious to everyone. However, that doesn't really
mean a whole lot in this case, when the question would be asked
legitimately to satisfy some curiosity regarding what sort of
medicine the person who just presented himself/herself as "doctor"
practices. The follow on statements are obvious as well, and you're
certainly entitled to feel that they're rude, but what you think
about rude/polite is really of very little interest to me.


Heh..Slick autoresponse noted. And Bull*** called on you. You were intent
on being rude as is again..obvious to anyone reading. Now you are
backtracking because you were called on it.

slick wears his insecurities on his sleeve. he has a big educational
insecurity re PhDs. that pretty much explains his participation in this
thread.


if that's the case, why wouldn't this also extend to DO's and MD's?
