You can't choose to selectively give medical care based on your
religious beliefs. Maybe, by your standards, Jehovah's Witnesses
should take over the phlebotomy field, then refuse to provide care,
right?

People do this all the time. Many doctors won't perform abortions
due to religious reasons. Do orthodox Jews have regular office
hours during the Sabbath?

Doctors won't perform some tasks because they consider it immoral
or for political reasons.

In the town I grew up in, we have two major hospital systems - one a
Catholic based hospital, the other secular. The Catholic hospital will
NOT allow abortions to be done in its facilities. Does that mean that
the government should force them to allow their facilities utilized for
abortions? Of course they won't. Just because something is legal
doesn't mean that people should be forced to provide the service.
