All the time. I've had chronic, severe tension headaches all my life.
When I was a teenager, I had full-blown migraines, with aura and all
the other characteristic symptoms, but fortunately, since college I
generally just get ordinary (but severe) headaches. I rarely lose
whole days to headaches any more, which is good, because as a trainer
it'd be hard to keep employed if I frequently had to lock myself in a
dark room with a blanket over my head.

Sorry you've got one. Not fun, I know.
