regardless of what the congress or the courts conclude about the legality of what the nsa did, the only way bush gets hurt by this is if it turns out that his people defined a 'terrorist suspect' to include what most would consider to be domestic political opponents (eg, michael moore and idiot iraq war mother types, hammett, jeff davis, etc.). if that's the case, he's in deep *** and impeachment isn't out of the question.
