I totally agree, I give 110% to every job because I take pride in
my work. Not for the company or for other employees, but for me.
My parents told me to leave work feeling that you did your best
that day. I've seen too many "kids" in today's workforce not give
a damn and have no pride about their performance, and learned to
ignore it because they won't be their very long.
