Very true, mutt. But then there are the fundamentalists who are willing to
lie to wedge their brand of fundamentalism into the public schools in
disguise, hoping that once it's there it can eventually be revealed for
what it is.

I keep wondering what the right-wing Christian right would think if, say,
the schools in Dearborn, MI (which is something like 1/4 Arab, and growing)
taught Islamic creation stories and Islamic religion in the public schools.
Somehow, I don't think they'd be so tolerant.
