I'd say multiculturalism is failing too. These immigrants were not
assimilated into French culture, but instead basically given their own
area of town to live in. Then the warm and fuzzy feel their pain crap
does nothing to address any real problems with real solutions. Giving
people hugs is not going to solve the riots problem.
Combine this with lowered population growth, greater emigration of
native Europeans, and a greater influx of mostly Middle Eastern/Muslim
immigrants and Europe is in for alot of problems in the next few years.
