In rsfc that's like handing out blank checks.
First, no aborted baby has ever gone on to commit crimes or be a burden
on society. So, we need more abortions accross the board to reduce
crime. No, wait, I was just pointing that out as a rhetorical device.
Second, about those homeless people. Test them for urinary system
health. If they have two functioning kidneys, require that they donate
one of them to help save innocent lives. People can live with one kidney
if they take care of themselves. See, that would also *incentivize* them
to get off the damb street and become productive. I don't really mean
that, I was just pointing out how we need more organ donors.
Third, a scaled-up full bioweapon test in Tuscaloosa. Since it is a
place of higher learning and quite patriotic besides, they should be
honored to have a strain of superintelligent genetically engineered
ricin-oozing volvox/e. coli hybrid critters strategically placed in the
water supply so we may learn more about this potentially effective tool
in the Global War on Terror. Of course residents who continue to use
their homocidal tap water might notice spontaneous coronary
liquifaction, "popcorning" brain aneurysms, or some other discomfort,
but I really didn't mean it anyway. I was just illustrating how we all
may be called to make sacrifices in the GWOT.
Finally, a debating schtick I can live with! Thanks Bill Bennett!
