There's a big difference between a good observer and a
trained one (whatever your training methods are). If you're
satisfied with training on the job and having a good
observer, that tells me all I need to know. We're running
our third observers clinic this year. We'll increase the
number of certified observers and hopefully develop some
good ones.

Not sure about the nerds in observers clinic. You were in
the first one I put together so you'd know best.
