LIKE I SAID, THIS TOURNAMENT COULD RIVAL THE UPA NATIONALS IF EVERY
REGION SENT THEIR 4TH, 5TH AND 6TH PLACE TEAMS.

---we'll work hard to get a team from each Region.
as mentioned....we want the 'game to go' losers to all attend.
but if that team doesn't want to attend....we are gonna ask the NEXT
team from that region...until we get 8 teams!!!!

if things go well......maybe 'the next two' next year....16 teams
would be the max.
